Coventry University Kazakhstan

Coventry University Kazakhstan (CUK) is the first British university branch campus located in the heart of Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Launched in September 2024, it is a unique partnership between Coventry University (UK) and Primus Education LLP. The campus was established as part of Kazakhstan’s national strategy to expand global education opportunities in the region. Coventry University itself is a global, modern university founded in 1843 as the Coventry School of Design. It was rated Gold overall in the UK’s Teaching Excellence Framework 2023 (TEF), holds a 5 QS Stars overall rating, and ranks in the Top 100 in the world for international outlook. The university is No. 3 in the UK for students overseas. CUK offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business, Computer Science, International Relations, Economics, Finance, and an MBA Global Business (Executive). All instruction is delivered in English by international faculty. The campus provides modern facilities including interactive study spaces, a library, and café facilities. A brand-new state-of-the-art campus for up to 4,000 students is expected to open in 2026–2027.
