Students may choose from double, triple, or quadruple occupancy rooms, each furnished with beds, study desks, and wardrobes. Room sizes vary depending on the accommodation type. University residences feature fully equipped shared kitchens and dining areas, allowing students to prepare their own meals in a convenient environment. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerators, electric stoves, ovens, microwave ovens, ventilation systems, and modern kitchen furniture. To ensure a comfortable living experience, residence halls also include study rooms, lounges, laundry facilities with automatic washing machines, drying and ironing rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the buildings. The university places special emphasis on creating a supportive and welcoming community. Favorable living conditions, student self-governance initiatives, educational support, and a well-organized residential environment help students successfully adapt to university life both socially and academically. As part of its commitment to accessibility and inclusion, AITU provides free accommodation for orphaned students and students with disabilities. Additionally, students from low-income families may be eligible for a 20% accommodation discount, including families receiving targeted social assistance and families whose average per capita income falls below the subsistence minimum.

Student House No. 2
Men's residence located at 60A/6 Kabanbay Batyr Avenue. Features furnished shared rooms, study rooms, shared kitchens, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and recreation areas.
Student House No. 3
Men's residence located at 60A/13 Kabanbay Batyr Avenue. Provides double, triple, and quadruple rooms, study rooms, shared kitchens, laundry facilities, recreation areas, and Wi-Fi.
Student House No. 4
Mixed residence (women's and men's blocks) located at 60A/8 Kabanbay Batyr Avenue. Offers furnished shared rooms, study rooms, shared kitchens, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and recreation spaces.
