Rooms: – Double rooms — 60,000 KZT/month – 5/6-person rooms — 50,000 KZT/month Refundable deposit: 20,000 KZT (payable at the start of the year; refunded upon move-out) IMPORTANT: Payment for 5 months in advance is required, plus the refundable deposit.
