KIMEP University consists of four academic schools and colleges offering internationally oriented education in business, social sciences, law, humanities and education.
Bang College of Business
The college provides undergraduate, graduate and doctoral education in accounting and audit, finance, information systems, management and marketing, combining internationally oriented business education with research and practical training.
College of Social Sciences
The college prepares specialists in economics, international relations, political science, public administration and journalism through programs that combine academic theory, research and real-world application.
School of Law
The school provides undergraduate and graduate education in national and international law, preparing students for professional, leadership and management roles in legal practice, business and civil society.
College of Human Sciences and Education
The college offers interdisciplinary education in foreign languages, translation, cognitive science, psychology and education, preparing students for careers in teaching, research, communication and related professional fields.
Dormitories
KIMEP University offers one official on-campus Residence Hall with a total capacity of 406 students and also lists five external partner accommodation options in Almaty. As of June 20, 2026, the KIMEP Residence Hall had 239 available places, while the external residences had no available places listed at that time.

406 · Located on campus; accommodation is assigned by priority and booked one semester at a time. Rooms are separated by gender.
Jastar Apartments — Buildings 1, 2 and 5
300 · Available to second-, third- and fourth-year undergraduate students, master’s students and international students. Monthly price per bed: single room — 60,000 ₸; double room — 50,000 ₸; triple room — 45,000 ₸; four-person room — 40,000 ₸.
Jastar Apartments — Buildings 3 and 4
300 · Available to first-year students. Monthly price per bed: triple room — 55,000 ₸; four-person room — 50,000 ₸.
Clubs & Organizations
KIMEP University supports more than 45 student clubs and organizations covering academic development, entrepreneurship, technology, arts, environmental initiatives, charity, media, sports and international student engagement.
