Benefits and discounts on tuition fees are established once a year and are valid for the current academic year. Applications for benefits and discounts are considered at a meeting of the Commission, approved by a decision of the Founder, after which an order of the Rector is issued.

КритерийлерThe grant from the founders of the KINEU named after M. Dulatov gives preference to the following categories of 11th grade students:
1) Applicants from low-income families;
2) Orphans or children left without parental care;
3) Children with disabilities of groups I-II;
4) Winners of international and national Olympiads and scientific projects.
Procedure and conditions for the implementation of grants:
The list of candidates for the Grant award is compiled by the education department from among the 11th grade students of the current year and is formalized in the minutes of the commission meeting with the following documents attached:
1) Letter of consent from the candidate for the award of an educational grant.
2) Documents confirming the candidate’s eligibility for the KINEU grant.
3) A copy of the minutes of the competition committee of the education department.
Mandatory conditions for candidates:
1) Pass the UNT this year and score a passing score (50 points);
2) Compliance of specialized subjects with the university educational programs
The grant is personal and non-transferable and is awarded once for 1 (one) year of study.
A person who has entered another university that has been awarded a state educational grant to pay for higher education with the award of a bachelor's degree at the expense of the republican or local budget is not allowed to receive a Grant.

КритерийлерThe scholarship is awarded to five students for one semester based on the following criteria:
- those who achieve good and excellent grades;
- activists taking part in the public life of the department, university, city and region;
– promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people and setting a worthy example for their peers;
- attending free creative clubs and sports sections of the university;
- participants of the regional competition-festival “Student Spring”;
– students who have achieved outstanding achievements in their studies and scientific research, as confirmed by diplomas or other documents:
- winners of national and international Olympiads, creative competitions, and festivals;
- authors of discoveries, inventions, scientific articles published in Kazakhstan and foreign countries
