The University is committed to ensuring equal access to higher education for persons with disabilities. Applicants and enrolled students holding an officially recognised disability status (Group I, II, or III, as determined by a competent medical authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan or an equivalent authority for international students) are eligible for a 20% tuition discount applied to annual tuition fees for the duration of their enrolled program, subject to the conditions set out below.
